Awesome experience! Christian and Tyler were great guys to deal with. I first contacted Mountain Motorsports via internet and explained to them on what I was looking for (Used Suzuki GSX-S 1000 with some already installed aftermarket parts). They were really quick to respond to my email and a day or so later Christian emailed me to let me know about the bike they had. I asked Christian for some more photos of the bike and he texted them to me. So I made my way down to the dealership on a Saturday. Christian pulled the bike out and showed it me. He was very knowledgeable about the bike and even remembered the original owner who traded it in for a Suzuki GSX-R 1000. A quick test ride later and I decided to purchase it. Christian started the purchasing process and then turned me over to Tyler who helped me out with all other dealer paperwork and explained everything in great detail. Tyler was very knowledgeable on the finance side and even told me about a sweet truck that he is in the process of restoring. If your serious about purchasing a bike, they will help you out completely with also having your best interest in mind. Great buying experience and I would definitely do business with again. A+++++

We came in to look for our next motorcycle. Taylor greeted us at the door and was extremely friendly. My husband narrowed his search down to two models, and he needed help to determine which was best for him. Taylor was SUPER knowledgeable, and VERY easy to talk to. Not once did we feel pressured. We told her that we were going to look around at other shops. She offered her advice whether we bought from her or not. The next day we visited another local shop and was seriously considering buying from there. While there, I was texting Taylor asking questions and advice. She never seemed to mind, and was always supportive. We ended up returning back to MMS-Marietta to look at a few other bikes. We finally decided and closed the deal 30 minutes before her shift was over. first and foremost, mountain motorsport Marietta is an awesome place!!!! All the staff is great and treat you with respect. However one guy in parts and accessories is super awesome. I came in looking for motocross gear and since I'm new to dirt riding, I was very lost. Josh stepped in and walked me through everything from boots, jerseys, pants to parts and safety gear. I mean this guy was super cool and he didn't rush or pressure me not one bit. In addition, he was very knowledgeable on all the products. I highly recommend this place but I especially recommend josh in parts for your accessories.

I was towed in late Friday on Memorial Day weekend with a flat tire on my way out of town for a ride to the mountains. As soon as I was out of the tow truck, these guys were like a Nascar pit crew. Casey greeted me in the parking lot while Douglas was already putting my info into their system. The next thing I knew, Philip had the tire changed, balanced & ready to run. I can't say enough how much I appreciate what these guys did! With service like that, these guys are going to be around for a long time! Thanks guys!!

I gotta say that your "Chat" popup is what got it all going.That is something that I normally wouldnt use, but what a great tool. They were very friendly and got an email/phone call rolling with the local shop. From there, your service mgr., Casey Enoch, was quick to reply to my questions and got my ATV in, got me a quote established and then moved quicky on to the repairs. I stopped by unexpectedly during the quote phase one day and Casey stopped what he was doing, he walked back and we went over the specifics with the Tech.
the head was removed and new rings installed, so I'll report back shortly with the results of the repairs, as its too early to say. I purchased a new 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour from Mountain Motorsports Marietta in late December 2013. I had been looking at the Victory motorcycles since August 2013 and met with persons at another Victory dealer. That dealership had some 2013 models but did not want to deal. I went to Mountain Motorsports and met with salesman Jerry Pena. He was quite helpful and worked with me on the price and financing of a new 2013 Cross Country Tour. With his help, I got the bike I wanted at a fair price that I was willing to pay ( a price that was much less than the other dealership offered). The bike had a minor problem with the radio that required ordering parts. It was fixed right but orering parts through Victory took a while. Overall, I have been very pleased with my new Victory and was impressed with the way I was treated at Mountain Motorsports.

I have had the opportunity to purchase a total of 3 bikes (1 used and 2 new) over the past months. I have had fantastic service in all areas. From the sales floor (Elizabeth) to Financing (Nick) to parts and accessories (Jennifer) and soon to see the performance of service for 2 of my bikes. The staff and management have been fantastic in handling my deals. Some of which stretched their patience I am sure....lol They stuck with me and was able to get my latest ride (FJR1300) with all the goodies. Most dealerships would have just said "Sorry, but we can't get you the deal you need" and would have taken the money they made on the other bikes and called it good. They went the extra mile (miles!!) and gave me a deal I could live with just to keep a customer happy and keep my business. Only a day into the new bike and it is nothing short of FANTASTIC, just like the dealership. Finally a dealership that isn't all SHOW and no GO. They live up to the showroom looks and provide just as impressive service. All I can say is thanks, and you'll see me in the spring for that wave runner and a Yamaha triple for my son!

Went in on a Saturday with a buddy to trade in his bike for a new ride. The process from start to finish took some time, but I give them credit as it was a Saturday and they were quite busy. Greg was the salesman and was definitely an easy going and knowledgeable salesman. The following week, I got the itch to trade in my bike for a new 2013 Victory High Ball. Not wanting to spend hours waiting around, I did all of my deal making through the internet sales team. I dealt with both Trey Knight and Bill Range for my sale and overall I was very pleased with the process. Once a deal was made, I rode into the store to find the bike serviced and ready to ride. After arriving, Bill walked me around and introduced me to all the different departments (service and parts), and got me started on signing the paperwork. The whole process from start to finish took maybe 1 to 1.5 hrs. Going in, I expected to finance a small portion of the bike taking advantage of Victory's 2.99% rate for 36 months. Once I got to signing the paperwork with Nick (finance guy), he informed me that he was actually able to find me a reduced rate of 2.59%...who could argue with that, right? Everything was signed and good to go until a day or so later when I got a call back from Nick saying that the 2.59% didn't go through because the small amount that I financed didn't meet the banks minimum amount for financing. Because of this, we were going to have to redo the paperwork at the 2.99%. Because of the mix-up, Nick offered to bring the new paperwork out to my house so I wouldn't have to drive all the way back to Marietta. Overall, I was not upset as I originally expected to finance at the 2.99%. However, I give credit to Nick for offering to bring the new paperwork to me. Great customer service in my eyes. I am pleased with how things worked out and I would definitely recommend these guys to others looking to purchase a new bike.

I bought a 2013 Victory Cross Country Tour from Bill Range in December. The entire process was great. I did take my time and compare the deal with other dealerships and found Bill was giving me the best deal. The guys at the parts dept. have been great to work with and the service dept as well. After taking the bike home I noticed a problem with the windshield not lining up right on the fairing. It was a couple of weeks later when I returned with the bike to pick up parts that I ordered. I mentioned the problem to Bill who told me to go ahead and pick up my order and he would look into it. When I returned to my bike I found Bill, the service manager and two other employees looking at the bike. The service manager asked for my keys and told me that he would make it right. Within 20 minutes the bike was returned with the problem fixed. I can't say enough about the entire staff at this dealership. No regrets with my decision to buy from them. Thanks guys :)

Made a long trip to get a great bike from great people, and Hands down would do it again. Bill Range help me have everything ready in a timely manner to be able to show up and get the bike. Went over all aspects to ensure I was well taken care of and comfortable with the bike before taking off. Even though I am hours away they worked with me to have some accessories fitted and adjusted without me having to bring the bike back to them. You cannot get better service, customer relations, or helpful knowledge anywhere. I had the oppertunity to get the bike at several honda places along the way, but all were pushing to get the sale rather than finding out your wants and needs. 5 Star service all-around.

I live in North Carolina and drove over 700 miles and change back and fourth because I've heard such good things from a friend who lives there. I was gonna buy my motorcycle here in NC but the people were such flakes and unreliable. Bill Range and the rest of the crew treated me with respect not like a dollar sign. Had I known a year ago what an awesome Customer service, Service department, and Parts department Mountain Motorosports had I would have bought my Honda Pcx 150 sooner. From Brandon in sales to Andy and Casey in Service, and Billy and Jason in the shop, our experience has been top notch from the start. Brandon welcomed us from the second we came into the showroom. He was very patient with our questions, and we had many ! We came back to look at the Scooters no less than 6 times. Each time Brandon was cheerful, honest, and again patient. We had purchased a Burgman 400, from a private deal and we were looking for a scooter for me. Brandon explained the difference between getting the right bike for me (being petite) and getting a bike that I may get myself into trouble with. (Not being able to handle a regular motorcycle with my size and limitations with my knees. even though I really, really wanted a motorcycle!) I am ecstatic with my Honda PCX. My husband tries to steal it from me every chance he gets. Everywhere we go people come to look at my SCOOTER. My husband added a Givi windscreen, new seat, and night rider lights ! We have taken many trips to Helen, GA, Red Top Mountain, and we are planning a drive through the Keys this Spring. We go all around our neighborhood to run our errands on our scooters. Everyone in our area knows us now. (It could be my Bright Red Honda PCX!) My PCX makes errands way more fun. Now I look for an excuse to do local trips daily ! This is my second service trip to MMS. First was for body work following an accident between my wife and the motorcycle in the garage. I was completely satisified with the dealership, workmanship and representative Casey in the service department. Subsequently, I needed new tires for both the Fatboy and the ST1300 to prepare them for the busy Fall travel season. The trip to the local HD dealership service department was less than satisfactory to say the least. Overloaded and understaffed with a less than friendly attitude is no way to treat customers especially when charging a premium for their product. Had to get the ST tires done next so I returned to MMS. The difference between the two dealerships couldn't be more dramatic. Specifically, Casey dealt with an extremely busy counter with ease, honored the cost that was previously quoted over the phone, and called me an earlyier than expected ready time. The bike was completed early and ready for a test ride on my arrival. Casey did it all with ease and had a fantastic attitude throughout. He is a excellent service department employee and his attitude reflects well on MMS.

I purchased my 2012 Victory Cross Roads from this dealership in late 2011 from Trey Knight after visiting other dealerships in the area due to Trey's no nonsense approach to meeting my expectations. Once the purchase was completed Trey introduced me to Greg in the Parts Department for some aftermarket additions I wanted to make to the bike. Greg did an incredible job of getting things rolling for the items I was looking for but soon left the Parts Department for a position in Sales, however before doing so passed me off to Chris who took the ball and ran with it. With Chis' help we explored my options for a keyless security system which led us into uncharted waters that the dealership had never navigated before. Chris' tireless efforts to match systems that would be compatible to my bike should be commended. Once we got the necessary components Chris handed me off to Casey in the Service Department where we made arrangements for installation. It has been an arduous ordeal to get what I wanted but in the end the team at Mountain Motorsports scored a touchdown from the initial purchase all of the way through its chain of customer service. Chris in Parts/Retail was extremely helpful. Walked in, told him I was looking for a new helmet and what I could spend. Immediately he had a helmet picked out. I usually have to try on a few helmets before finding one I like and fits right due to my weird head shape, but the first one he suggested was a perfect fit. He didn't once try to get me to spend over my price point and even helped me out on finding a tinted visor for a great price! Once again Mountain Motor amazes me again! Dear Mountain Motorsports, I recently had an extraordinary service experience with your dealership! First, Matt and Casey are to be commended. The situation involved my 2003 Suzuki DR-Z250 which never ran well from the first day I owned it; even though I had it serviced a couple of times (not at your dealership). As a long time DIY-er, I decided to resolve this myself by doing a thorough cleaning of the fuel system (tank, petcock/pickup, and carb) in preparation of selling it. Had Matt and Casey attempted to coerce me into expensive diagnostics, etc., I would have been completely turned off to your dealership. Rather, they sized me up as a potential customer and I was gracious in their guidance. At the same time, I felt secure that if I messed things up I could bring the motorcycle in for proper repair. Here I go again! On my way to the MMS service dept. I get a flat tire. I call the service dept. and Matt answers the phone and in a matter a minutes Casey Enoch rides in on his white horse with trailer attached. He greets me with a cold bottle of water (which I didn't need because he came so quickly), loads the bike on the trailer and off to the service dept. we go. I have been trying to talk my Harley riding boyfriend into a sport bike for some time now. I use to to ride Harleys and finally bought a YZFR6 and fell in love. Anyway, I talked him into a Hayabusa. We found Motions on the internet after getting pissed off at a dealership here in Birmingham. Big #1. They had a 2008 for way more than Motions had their 2009 advertized. So, we headed to Atlanta last Saturday 5/55/10. Everyone was super nice and very helpfull. We bought a white 2009 Hayabusa for even less than advertized and much less than Big#1 wanted for their 2008. So even though we live miles away, we will go nowhere else next time we want to add another toy and of corse, we tell everybody to cal ya'll first.

While traveling from Indiana to Tampa for a funeral, I had a flat just north of Atlanta. It was a broken valve stem. A gentleman in the parking lot noticed my issue and suggested Motions. He told me how to get there. I drove in, told them my issue. The did not have the correct valve stem to fit the front wheel on a GL1800, but promised they would get me going. Did I mention I had already driven 500 miles in cold (38 degree) rain? They were busy, so I pulled the wheel off in the parking lot, gave the wheel in Matt in service, in less than 20 minutes I was putting my wheel back on with a new valve stem installed. While finnishing a 5700 mile motorcycle trip, we came into Atlanta on a 102 degree afternoon. As we approched the 264 mile marker on I 75 I noticed the clutch getting softer. As we got off at the exit, the clutch went limp. I couldn't get out of first or find neutral. I got a phone book and called Motions. I talked to general manager Tom. He said he could help if I could get the bike to the store. He gave me two towing services and one responded in about half an hour. When I spoke to the tow driver I mentioned we would have a tough time as the bike was locked in gear. I tried it and low and behold the shifter went to neutral and the clutch came back to life. I drove the bike to your shop. I talked to Tom and he talked to his technician and also talked to Kawasaki technicial people in California. After some discussion it was deceided they would drain, flush and refill the clutch fluid. This was done quickly and we were back on the road Total time from the start of thi to finish was about three hours. Needless to say it was an exceptional experience by both a great shop and a very understanding and knowledgable general manager My thanks to Tom and staff on a great job. I came in to your store at 6:50p last night, 10 minutes before closing. The three young guys working at the parts counter were amazing. The computer said the tire was in stock, but that could no find it. They looked all over that store and came up with the tire about 20 minutes later. I'm willing to bet after going into the warehouse once 9 out of 10 people would have told me it was out of stock and sent me on my way. These guys were helpful beyond any expectations.

I rarely leave reviews. However, in this case, Mountain Motorsports earned it. I bought a used 2108 BMW from MMS and did the entire transaction remotely from Arizona. All the negotiating, paperwork, coordinating transportation, etc. Dexter and Bill were great with communication and doing all of the little things that made this remote transaction possible. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, as you might expect, all were handled promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this dealership. Thanks!
